This cheese is Farmer Bob's Favorite!  With the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors, Woodbine is the perfect Alpine style cheese. With its pale-yellow paste and smooth light-orange rind, its texture is beautifully granular and firm. On the palate, Woodbine is incredibly nutty- toasted and raw almonds while finishing with herbaceous notes of thyme with its long, bright, citrusy and subtly sweet finish. *Pasteurized Milk
